Document analysis for repetitions

If your translation project is sufficiently large (minimum 10,000 words) and you know it contains repetitions of sentences and expressions, we will analyze your document for the word count in those repeated segments. Our word count so obtained is smaller than yours and it makes you save money; you don’t pay for the repetitions.

Translation consistency

Beginning with the translation of the first sentence of the document, a translation memory (TM) is built, sentence after sentence, and is put to contribution to suggest to the professional translator the French translation of a previous sentence for the actual one that is similar enough.

Proofreading and review

All projects translated by VERBOS are proofread by the most experienced senior translators assigned specially to this task. Exchanges between the proofreader and the translator are facilitated since both of them are working in Verbos' offices.

The clients suggestions for terminology changes or any changes are welcome. Any changes made will be made free of charge.
